Out of my head on the topic of mountain

There are many hiking trails to explore, and they vary depending in terrain and distance. Even on beginner trails, it is best to be prepared. One item you should bring is bottled water. Hiking is one of the many forms of exercise in which it is crucial to stay hydrated. Another item you will need is a pair of sturdy shoes, such as hiking boots.
